"Just though we would send you a short e-mail to bring to your attention the GREAT service Laylah has given us in the past 8/9 months since being appointed. Too cut a long story short we had a troubled tenant in our property that was obviously given no boundaries by the previous Investment Manager, Laylah knocked this on the head and after a couple of months of trying to get rid of the tenant it finally happened. It has been a costly exercise on Graham’s and my behalf (as the tenant did not care about the house) but Laylah jumped onto the task and arranged for everything to be fixed/repaired quickly to get our house ready for leasing again. Laylah has restored our faith in Real Estate agents/companies as we were contemplating moving our property to another agent to manage. I jokingly call Laylah a Nazi as I know that our new tenants will not get away with anything. I will highly recommend Laylah and your company to any of our friends.
