"Upon deciding that I wanted to sell my house, I considered what I thought was important in a Real Estate Agent. I wanted a personal service, to be regularly informed, reasonable agents fees and to obviously sell my house for the best possible price and as quickly as possible.

Based on this criteria, I felt Laurie Kelly Real Estate could achieve this for me. Being a local agent to Belmont, Glen Woodhead offered a very personal service that made me feel that selling my property was a genuine priority to Glen.

This started with a very fair, reasonable and transparent assessment of the value of the house in a downward market and where and how I should start the marketing of my property. Glen kept me regularly informed of home open days and the amount and type of traffic through and any other follow ups from any home opens.

Once I got to the point of reviewing offers presented, Glen provided a very logical and practical advice on negotiations that made me feel that Glen was committed to getting the best possible outcome for me. Stef currently manages our property in Cloverdale and does a wonderful job. She is proactive and very prompt in sending through information and updates. As we live near Hedland and are quite isolated, Stef works hard to keep us in the loop and make arrangements for us when we have the chance to get to Perth. As a landlord... I can recommend the girls at Laurie Kelly real estate.
I have never had such fantastic service from Property Managers.. if you can rent via these ladies or even list with them you will not be dissapointed. I would consider moving my property to where ever Heidi went, without hesitation.

Just though we would send you a short e-mail to bring to your attention the GREAT service Laylah has given us in the past 8/9 months since being appointed. Too cut a long story short we had a troubled tenant in our property that was obviously given no boundaries by the previous Investment Manager, Laylah knocked this on the head and after a couple of months of trying to get rid of the tenant it finally happened. It has been a costly exercise on Graham’s and my behalf (as the tenant did not care about the house) but Laylah jumped onto the task and arranged for everything to be fixed/repaired quickly to get our house ready for leasing again. Laylah has restored our faith in Real Estate agents/companies as we were contemplating moving our property to another agent to manage. I jokingly call Laylah a Nazi as I know that our new tenants will not get away with anything. I will highly recommend Laylah and your company to any of our friends.
