February 2022 – I’d like to give some positive feedback on my experience so far with Laurie Kelly, and specifically, Sarah Highlands who is my property manager. I have been renting with you for just two short weeks and so far Sarah has been prompt with organising and resolving any concerns or issues I’ve had. Within the first few days of me moving in, she had organised a plumber and electrician to come straight out to fix things. I wanted to send this because it’s really nice to be renting through a good agency with staff who care for the renter too. Monique

February 2022 – I would like to pass on my thanks for the good job that Sarah Highland has done with managing my property for the last while. The current tenancy finished last week and I planned on taking the property back so my son could stay there while he was going to university. Sarah knew of the tight time line between the tenant moving out and my son needing to move in.
